Fish lovers can now get even more excited! Yes, wait for it … The Fish Factory has expanded! We’re opening a brand spanking new fish restaurant in Littlehampton, West Sussex. The estimated time of arrival of our new baby brother is around September. We will keep you posted with information along the way. Our new fish restaurant will house 30 tables of hungry people!

Forget Billingsate Fish Market – all our fish is caught locally. You can choose from delicious fish dishes such as Calamari, Thai Rolls, Dakshin River Catfish, Char-grilled Halloumi, Tzatziki Crab, Shellfish Chowder, Flamed Tiger Shrimps, Whole Sardines, King Shrimp Cocktail and Traditional Fish and Chips. Not forgetting a personal favourite of many of our customers which is our famous Fish Mezé. We also cater for vegetarians and customers who are not quite so keen on fish with exciting dishes such as Lamb Shank, Steak and Kidney pudding, and our vegetarian Fish Factory Rosti Stack.

The standard of these restaurants is pretty good because they concentrate on attention to service & presentation, cleanliness ambience & detail and professionalism and of course the food ’s good, and the price is right.
All these things need to be in place for a success.
I don’t eat in Rick Stein’s in Padstow or Nathan Outlaw’s in Fooey, or in Nobu Park Lane,London, and Harrods. I can’t afford to eat in those places now, but I have in the past.So now I eat regularly in the ‘food /fish factory restaurants. As they are easily on par with good French restaurants in Paris, and these days give better value
Give ‘em a michelin category rosette…as long as they don’t up their prices!!.
Who knows it could one day put Worthing on the map with a michelin star restaurant.Maybe thats their idea?
Why not …Brighton hasn’t got any michelin star restaurants.

The new Fish Factory has revitalised Littlehampton, there may not be very much in the town to excite visitors and locals alike, but the Fish Factory certainly has.

To ensure a table, you will have to book early, as you are unlikely to be able eat when you want off the street. But it is well worth the effort of securing your table in advance – The service is excellent, the food is divine, with a good selection of fish dishes plus some standards, my only criticism is that my veggie son and partner have very little to choose from – when they visit we have to travel out of town.

Notwithstanding one small gripe, I eat there regularly and about to book for my daughter’s birthday meal (requested by her). This will be the fourth birthday celebration my family have had in The Fish Factory since opening and the fifth will definitely be mine in July!
