Splash FM & Food Annual Christmas Party Nights

Food Restaurant in Worthing kicked off the towns festive celebrations this year with some hugely popular and successful party nights in partnership with Splash FM. With over 200 people attending the nights on 5th and 12th December, Food Restaurant and Proto Restaurant Group made a brilliant, lasting impression.

With snow, mulled wine, egg nog and a three course traditional Christmas dinner, attendees were hard pushed to want more, but more is what they got! Santa arrived with gifts for all the good girls and Lizzie Haynes – winner of Worthing Idol 2011 – performed a selection of Christmas songs for everyone.

Both party nights were great successes, both individually and as a pair and plenty of local businesses and organisations attended including Santander and Worthing Hospital.

Splash FM Xmas Party – Monday 6th December!

Proto Club Members can pop in and listen to the choir at Splash FM Christmas Party at Food Restaurant on 6th December 2010.

We are kicking off the festive season with the first of the Splash FM nights this coming Monday at Food restaurant in Worthing,

And if you want to join in the fun, you’d better hurry, hurry, hurry, because we only have limited availability – in fact – we only have five tickets left for 6th December and we are completely sold out on 13th December!

As well as our infamous snow, roasted chestnuts and egg nog & mulled wine on arrival, we also have a fantastic children’s choir appearing at 7.30 pm (if you are a Proto Club Member you can pop in and listen to the choir if you wish). Plus we have an evening packing with festive food and fun including a three course traditional Christmas dinner with all the trimmings and Father Christmas will also be making an appearance with a gift for all the good girls!

Happy 1st Birthday to The Fish Factory (Littlehampton)

If you fancy the infamous ambience of Food restaurant, for starters, you can choose from four delicious dishes, including Honey Smoked Salmon Tabouli which is oak smoked fillets placed on cracked wheat and garnished with beetroot tartar sauce, cooked to perfection by our award-winning chef. For the main course, you can choose from five beautiful dishes including: Lymington Bay Fish Supper which is smoked haddock, cod roe, figs and cheese sauce. We also have traditional Christmas dinner, vegetarian, and many delicious meat dishes.

If you have some fish lovers in your group, why not visit The Fish Factory restaurants in Worthing and Littlehampton. As well as our delicious fish dishes on the menu, we have Chilli dusted Sardine fillets which is Cracked oregano & chilli breadcrumbs sprinkled on char grilled fillets. For main course, you can choose from five dishes once again – including: Steak Viennese which is Beef blended with potatoes, onions and fresh herbs served with garlic mushrooms and chips. We have been taking Christmas bookings since August! Don’t worry though, we still have room left for our loyal customers – yes that’s you …

So what are we serving this year? And how much?

First off, we have frozen prices this year – so you can dine with us and relax knowing that your bank manager will still love you! You will also be pleased to know that we will be serving traditional Christmas dinner at Food, and at both of our Fish Factory restaurants. There is something for everyone – with vegetarians also well catered for.

If you fancy the infamous ambience of Food restaurant, for starters, you can choose from four delicious dishes, including Sussex Pork & Game Ale Knackwurst which is a sausage recipe of pork and game, fresh herbs served with sweetened shallots, cooked to perfection by our award-winning chef. For the main course, you can choose from five beautiful dishes including: Coriander & Sage Dusted Lamb, which is dressed rump served with leek & mustard potato mash and a vegetable parcel.

If you have some fish lovers in your group, why not visit The Fish Factory restaurants in Worthing and Littlehampton. As well as our delicious fish dishes on the menu, we have Fig & goats cheese mushroom which is a mushroom filled with goats cheese and fig crumble – recommended even if you aren’t a veggie. For main course, you can choose from five dishes once again – including: Pancetta wrapped skate which is cooked in caper butter and wrapped in pancetta served with dauphinoise potato. Yum!

Dare we mention the ‘C’ word? Christmas is less than two months away and we are pleased to announce the launch of the new Fish Factory Christmas Menu. This limited edition Christmas menu is now available with unique dishes that our masterchefs have created especially for you.

Choose from exciting dishes such as Game Paté and Homemade Hunter Suet Pies. We have also invented a unique Pepper Sauce for our Yellow Fin Tuna which is exclusive to The Fish Factory. This dish is available for a limited time only. Don’t miss it! Yum yum
