Marinated & cured fillets of fish, wrapped in sticky rice and
then rolled into smoked meats, served with crispy seaweed and wasabi sauce.
Lobster and Dublin Bay Prawn Croquettes
Pan fried shellfish seared with onions and fresh herbs,
blended into parmesan polenta and served with deep fried Bok choy.
Duck heart and chestnut pate
Sherry flambé duck hearts, blended with peppered mushrooms
and baked into a smooth pate.
Apple & Parsnip Consommé
Cinnamon roasted apples and parsnips blended into
a sweet soup served with home baked bread.

Sun dried tomato couscous with chili artichokes pressed into wine seasoned Salmon fillet and oven baked and served with royal potatoes and vegetable parcels and a wine and leek sauce .
Beef Wellington
Fillet steak with a layer of tapenade mushroom and chicken liver pate, wrapped in pastry and roasted plated with Royal potatoes and vegetable parcels.
Cider Pork Medallions
Pork tenderloin charcoal grilled, plated with cider sauce & baked apple with caramelized fruit stuffing, Served with royal potatoes and vegetable parcels.
Butternut Squash & Asparagus Risotto
White wine risotto, cooked with cream of butternut squash and asparagus tips topped with crispy leeks and truffle oil dressing.
The Christmas Dinner (Vegetarian option available)
Turkey joint served with a Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, cranberry stuffed pig roll and sherry chestnut Brussels sprouts.
