Worthing International Birdman hit the headlines this year because Holly Walsh, another CBBC presenter, was injured as she entered the water at an odd angle. However, Holly has given the Birdman organisers much praise and is very grateful for the quick medical attention she received.

If you haven’t yet had a chance to sponsor Andy Sparsis in his great challenge. Don’t worry. You can do it now, it’s simple, just visit  Just Giving, and help Andy reach his target for Love Your Hospitals.

Worthing International Birdman is looking for a major sponsor for next year, to make the event even more spectacular. Do you know a large business who would be interested in sponsoring this fantastic event? If so, call Sharon Clarke, Worthing Town Centre Manager on 01903 203252.
