You may already know that Proto Restaurant Group, award winning restaurants in Worthing, West Sussex take staff training very seriously and we invest in our staff by keeping them at the top of their trade, which in turn, ensures our restaurant constantly delivers exceptional service for you, our customers.

Glenn Slark is just one of many of our employees whom we have put forward to study for a Diploma.  Glenn is one of the first who has just qualified in a Diploma Level 3 in Practical Cooking and he passed with flying colours.  Here at Food & The Fish Factory we feel that education is the way forward.

We have also invested in our production kitchen at The Fish Factory Littlehampton by employing an apprentice called Harry who started with us last year and is coming along leaps and bounds as he is learning everything there is needed to know about working/running a kitchen.

We are very proud of Glenn, as we are with all our staff as we are committed to staff development and to setting high standards for others to follow and this proves that it pays off.  Our next employee who has almost finished his Diploma is Robert Stubbs, who is also a chef at Food restaurant.
