We had the pleasure of welcoming our very own Worthing Thunder recently at The Fish Factory in Worthing.  We have had a great season supporting Worthing Thunder and we hope to be able to support them again next year.  Proto Restaurant Group especially likes to be involved and support our local teams and community where we can.

What a fitting climax to the 2012/2013 season, Worthing Thunder have also secured their place in the England Basketball League for next season 2013/2014.  Worthing Thunder‘s Kadiri Richard and Hank Rivers (pictured) ended the EBL Division 1 season amongst the leaders in player ratings and rebounds. Player rating is a stat that affects everything a player does. You score highly for a made field goal, an assist, a rebound, a blocked shot and also you can score points if you go to the free throw line, how many times and points from the foul line.
